At LSG Fencing, we believe a great fence should do more than simply mark where one property ends and another begins. It should provide security, privacy, protection, functionality, and lasting value while looking right at home on the property. Since 2019, we have been providing Delaware property owners with professional fencing solutions built around the way they live, work, and use their land. From residential properties and farms to commercial businesses and industrial facilities, every project brings different challenges and priorities. That is why we take the time to understand what our customers actually need before recommending a solution. We use quality materials, skilled installation, and careful attention to detail to create fencing that is built strong and built right.
Our goal is simple: deliver dependable workmanship, communicate honestly, and leave every customer with a finished fence they can feel good about. We are proud to serve communities throughout Delaware and look forward to helping with your next project.
John Landoll, Owner & Fence Estimator
I am John Landoll, the proud owner of LSG Fencing, a family owned and operated fencing company serving Delaware, Eastern Maryland, South Jersey, and Southeastern Pennsylvania since 2020. What started as a one person operation has grown steadily through hard work, dedication, and the trust our customers have placed in us.
From the very beginning, my goal has been simple: provide quality fencing, exceptional workmanship, and an experience that gives every customer confidence that they chose the right company. At LSG Fencing, my family and I believe honesty, hard work, integrity, and strong relationships are the foundation of a successful business.
We work hard to create a family oriented environment where our customers receive the same care and respect we would give our own family. I take great pride in providing high quality fencing materials, professional installation, and customer service that goes beyond simply completing a project. For me, building lasting relationships with the people and families we serve is just as important as building a great fence.

My role within the company has changed considerably over the years. When I started LSG Fencing, I handled virtually everything myself. As the company grew, we added professional installation crews, and that experience taught me just how important teamwork is to our success. Today, one of my primary responsibilities is providing complimentary estimates and personally meeting with our clients. I genuinely enjoy visiting properties and meeting homeowners, business owners, farmers, and other customers in person. A fence may look simple from the street, but every property presents its own possibilities and limitations. During our complimentary on site visits, I take the time to understand what each customer wants, what they hope to accomplish, and what their property will allow us to do. I enjoy walking through the different fencing options with our customers and helping them envision how a new fence can transform their space.
I also help customers understand the rules and requirements that may apply to their fencing project. Neighborhood associations, municipalities, counties, and even state regulations can sometimes affect where and how a fence can be installed. My goal is to make that process easier by discussing these considerations with customers upfront. Even though LSG Fencing has grown, I want to maintain the personal connection that has always been important to me. Outside of work, family remains at the center of my life. My girlfriend and I have nine children, so there is certainly never a shortage of activities, sports, events, and adventures to keep us busy and on our toes. Life can be hectic, but I would not trade it for anything. Spending quality time with family and friends and finding opportunities to slow down and enjoy the people who matter most is something we value deeply.
I also believe strongly in giving back to the community and teaching my children the importance of helping others whenever we have the opportunity. Whether it is something significant or simply lending a helping hand to someone who needs it, I believe small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. I want my children to understand that success is not only about what you accomplish for yourself. It is also about how you treat people and what you are willing to do for others. I am truly grateful for every opportunity our past, present, and future customers have given and continue to give LSG Fencing. Every project is more than another job on the schedule. It is an opportunity to demonstrate the difference a family owned business can make when it genuinely cares about its customers, its workmanship, and its reputation.
Thank you for trusting my family and me to help protect, improve, and enhance your property. Whether you need a fence for your home, farm, business, or commercial property, we are here to provide honest guidance, quality workmanship, and a finished project you can be proud of. We appreciate the opportunity to serve your family and look forward to treating you with the same care and respect we would give our own.
Dakota Barcus, Operations Manager & HR
I have been an integral part of LSG Fencing since taking over the company’s day to day operations and Human Resources responsibilities in February 2021. Since stepping into this role, I have had the opportunity to help strengthen the organization, communication, and overall customer experience at LSG Fencing in ways that have gone beyond what we initially imagined. As the Operations Manager, much of my work happens behind the scenes, although I am also frequently working directly with our customers. My role involves keeping the many moving parts of the business organized and running smoothly. I work to balance the needs of our customers, our employees, and the daily operations of the company while helping maintain the family oriented environment that has always been such an important part of LSG Fencing.
For many of our customers, I am the first person they interact with when they contact LSG Fencing. Whether you reach out through our website, Google, email, phone, or text, there is a good chance you will be speaking with me. I schedule complimentary estimates, answer questions, explain available options, and make sure customers have the information they need to make confident decisions about their fencing project or repair.

From that first conversation through the completion of a project, I am often the primary point of contact for our customers. I coordinate scheduling, prepare and send project documents, assist with deed restrictions, approvals, licenses, and permits, manage the financial aspects of projects, coordinate material needs, and help prepare each project for installation and everything that comes afterward.
One of my biggest goals throughout the entire process is to make sure our customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. I never want someone to feel like they are left wondering what happens next. I take the time to explain options, costs, timelines, requirements, and each step of the process so our customers understand what they are investing in and what they can expect from LSG Fencing. Beyond the operational responsibilities of my position, I take great pride in the relationships I have developed with our customers and our team. I work hard to maintain the right balance between professionalism and the family atmosphere that makes LSG Fencing special. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, understood, and valued, whether they are a customer reaching out with a question or a member of our team who needs support.
Professionalism, honesty, integrity, and genuine care are values that I take seriously. My goal is not simply to keep the business organized and operating efficiently. I want to create an experience where our customers and employees know they are being taken care of by people who genuinely care about them and the work we do together.
“I genuinely love the customers, employees, and people I have the opportunity to work with every day. Getting to take care of people, answer their questions, help make their projects come together, and build relationships along the way has been one of the greatest joys of my career. The friendships, business relationships, and connections I have made through LSG Fencing mean so much to me, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who has allowed me to be a part of their experience.”
For me, LSG Fencing is about much more than building fences. It is about people, relationships, trust, and creating an experience where customers and employees feel valued and appreciated. I am proud to be part of the LSG Fencing family and grateful for the opportunity to play a role in serving the families, businesses, farms, and communities that trust us with their properties.
