OUR PROCESS

Before you contact us, get in touch with your neighborhoods HOA or Deed Restrictions to verify if there are any height or style restrictions so you can get an idea on the type of fence you can or want to get.

Step 1: Request an appointment by phone, email or completing our form found on our contact tab.

Step 2: Once your appointment is scheduled you will meet with one of our employees at the property where the fence will be installed. We will discuss your needs for fencing, go over material options, and then we measure where you want the fence installed and placement of any gates, creating a drawing of the space measured.

Step 4: You will typically receive your estimate within 1-3 days via the email you provide. (Verify the spelling of contact information)

Step 5: If the quote received fits your needs and you'd like to proceed you will be able to click the accept button right on the quote, if you want to request changes such as (adding a gate, adding footage, changing a color, decrease footage, etc.) that can also be requested right from the quote sent over. Once a quote is accepted, a Contract will be sent over for E-signature and a Invoice will also be sent to pay our 50% deposit requirement. You can Pay directly on that invoice using a credit or debit card, we also accept other forms of payment such as (Check, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp)

Step 6: Once we have received both a signed contract and your deposit has posted, you will be added to our work log. Our lead time for installation can range from 1-12 weeks dependent on the season, weather, supplier, and workload ahead of your job. During this time period, we will order your materials if needed. If your job calls for a permit or special licensing we will obtain that, and one week prior to the tentative install date we will contact Miss Utility to mark for any public utilities.

Step 7: Installation. The day prior we typically call or email to remind you as well as give you an approximate start time. You DO NOT need to be home on install day unless you prefer to be. Installation takes 1-3 days dependent on size and fence style.

COMPLETED: Once your project is completed, the Foreman will review the job, if possible with you. This is a great time to ask any questions, request any changes or correct any mistakes you may see. If paying by check your final payment can be given to the crew on site and you will receive a receipt via email later that day. If you are not home when it is completed you will receive your invoice via email. and can let the office know how you'd like to arrange final payment.
